Location- Hamburg, Germany
Job description :
You will design testing rigs and quality control instrumentation solutions for assigned engines and manage developed solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams for collective testing and quality control agenda fulfillment.
Core responsibilities :
• Project planning and management
• Expert guidance for assigned team collaboration roles
• Design assigned parts and explore innovative advancement methods
• Perform analysis of the assigned part on the timeline
• Perform innovative design methodologies and optimization
• Perform post-manufacturing treatment and curing
• Develop part repairing methods
• Guide teams and communicate with project stakeholders
• Construct POC prototypes
• Design and validate manufacturing methods
• Design control methods and system integration methodologies
• Technical and financial forecasting of the project
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Mechanical Engineering -
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience OR
• Advanced understanding of machinery design cycle
• Advanced understanding of instrumentation methodologies
• Advanced understanding of system analysis
• Understanding of rig control methodologies
• Understanding of sensing solutions
• Understanding of inspection methods
• System testing and validation process
• EU Citizenship
Desired Characteristics :
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP
• Excellent problem-solving skill-set
• Customer requirement-focused development and project planning
• Higher understanding of CAE simulation solvers
• MDAO automation process management
