Job description :
You were assigned to design and development solutions in these fields – Factory equipment, structural support systems, test equipment, automation units, and MRO instrumentation. Your task will be in parallel cooperation with assigned product development cycles. You will be collaborating with multiple teams for the company's business and technical goal achievement.
Core responsibilities :
• Project planning and management
• Expert guidance for assigned team collaboration roles
• Design assigned parts and explore innovative advancement methods
• Perform analysis of the assigned part on the timeline
• Perform innovative design methodologies and optimization
• Perform post-manufacturing treatment and curing
• Develop part repairing methods
• Guide teams and communicate with project stakeholders
• Construct POC prototypes
• Design and validate manufacturing methods
• Design control methods and system integration methodologies
• Technical and financial forecasting of the project
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Mechanical Engineering OR Aerospace -
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience OR
• Advanced understanding of machinery design cycle
• Advanced understanding of fluidics
• Advanced understanding of system analysis
• Understanding of CAE simulation and solver packages
• Understanding of automation units
• Understanding of inspection methods
• System testing and validation process
• Indian Citizenship
Desired Characteristics :
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP
• Excellent problem-solving skill-set
• Customer requirement-focused development and project planning
• Higher understanding of CAE simulation solvers
• MDAO automation process management
Eligibility Requirements :
