Program Manager

Location- Hamburg, Germany

Job description :

As a program manager, you will be responsible for the key development of material-chemical solution development and material production methodologies. These projects will play a critical role in the system's performance and match our company's broader objectives. You will prepare and manage your projects in direct cooperation with customer requirements, business adaptation, advanced technologies implementation, and producing succession target margins. 

Core responsibilities :

    • Project planning and management
    • Materials, Chemicals design, applications, implementation, and management
    • Oversee design, development, integration, and test of new solutions 
    • Financial projection and risk mitigation
    • Project validation, technical validation, and governance
    • Project delivery timeline compliance
    • Customer requirement compliance
    • Leading and communicating with large teams
    • Communication with multiple teams and project stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements :

    • Business,  Chemistry, Metallurgical Engineering, Material sciences - 
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR  
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

    • Program management skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries
    • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills
    • Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations
    • Ability to work under the timeline 
    • Ease in management of multiple projects
    • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
    • Financial management 
    • Experience in computational chemistry and material design
    • Proficiency in chemical processes
    • Advanced and integrated fabrication and manufacturing solutions
    • QA instrumentation systems
    • Experience with treatments methodologies
    • Experience in nanotech 
    • Leadership and team guidance 
    • Ability to travel global travel on demand
    • Collaboration and innovation nurture
    • EU Citizenship

Desired Characteristics :

    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • PMI or PMP or Six-sigma skill-set certified
    • Ability to influence others at all levels
    • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
