Metal Processing and Treatment

Job description :

As a metallurgical engineer, you will develop, apply and formulate treatments for metallic structures. You will work in the areas of alloys, powder metallurgy, lightweight alloys, super-alloys, and treatment methodologies. You will work in collaboration with multiple teams to deliver and advance the current and future product line. You will be responsible for the development of manufacturing. QA processes and repair methodologies.

Core responsibilities :

    • Project planning and management
    • Materials, Chemicals design, applications, implementation, and management
    • Oversee design, development, integration, and test of new solutions 
    • Material validation, certification, and innovation project governance
    • Leading and communicating with large teams
    • Communication with multiple teams and project stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements :

    • Metallurgical Engineering, Material sciences - 
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR  
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)
    • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills
    • Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations
    • Ability to work under the timeline 
    • Ease in management of multiple projects
    • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
    • Experience in computational material design and implementation methodologies
    • Proficiency in metallurgical processes
    • Proficiency in alloys 
    • Advanced and integrated fabrication and manufacturing solutions
    • Experience with treatments methodologies
    • Experience with machining 
    • Experience in nanotech and crystallography 
    • Understanding of molecular-dynamics 
    • Leadership and team guidance 
    • Collaboration and innovation nurture
    • US Citizenship
