Location- Hamburg, Germany

Job description :

As a sales enablement specialist, you will develop and implement long and short-term sales enablement strategies. You will closely work with the global sales team for product and enterprise target management

Core responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies
    • Business proposal and contract proposal
    • Capture strategies planning
    • Customer communication management
    • Guide and lead sales and marketing team
    • Sales cycle timeline compliance
    • Customer requirement compliance
    • Leading and communicating with large teams

Qualifications/Requirements :

    • Business, Aerospace Engineering - 
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR  
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

    • Customer enablement skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries
    • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills
    • Excellent sales enablement skill-set
    • Ability to work under the timeline 
    • Ease in management of multiple projects
    • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
    • Leadership and team guidance 
    • Ability to travel global travel on demand
    • Collaboration and innovation nurture
    • EU Citizenship
