Capture strategist – Marine

Location- Austin, Texas, US

Job description :

You will closely work with the marketing, business development, and technical team to develop project and contract proposals. You will write and guide proposals that acquire new marine customers and contracts. You will lead our market research, business opportunity, and customer requirement discovery efforts. From proposal drafting to customer meeting management will be in your management domain.

Qualifications/Requirements :

    • Business, Commerce, or Similar - 
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR  
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

    • Communication and explanation with project stakeholders and suppliers 
    • Product customization and technical elements explanation capabilities
    • Ability to work under the timeline 
    • Innovative acquisition and capture 
    • Ease in management of multiple projects
    • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
    • Leadership and team guidance 
    • Ability to travel global travel on demand
    • Collaboration and innovation nurture
    • US Citizenship
